LEGO Dimensions offers up endless possibilities and is looking awesome as launch trailer hits ahead of release.

Warner Bros. Interactive has sent over the launch trailer for LEGO Dimensions, the upcoming Toys-to-Life video game from Traveller’s Tales, ahead of its release at the end of this month.

The video, which the publishing giant has dubbed “Endless Awesome,” features characters from more than fourteen franchises, teasing some of the extreme crossovers that will be made possible through the game. It promises that you’re going to “need a bigger imagination.”

These crossovers will include characters from franchises that include DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings, The LEGO Movie, Back to the Future, The Wizard of Oz, Scooby Doo, The Simpsons Jurassic World, Ghostbusters and as announced recently, Doctor Who – among others.

The line-up is absolutely fantastic, with many of the original voice actors returning to reprise their roles, including Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox, as Doc Brown and Marty McFly, respectively.

Using the Toys-to-Life concept, originally introduced by Activision with its Skylanders franchise, LEGO Dimensions will allow players to bring up to seven characters, vehicles and weapons into the game at any given time, through the use of the LEGO Toy Pad.

Available this month across a variety of platforms, the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack will include the LEGO Toy Pad itself, along with bricks to build the LEGO Gateway. Though it can be expanded, through the use of Fun Pack, Team Pack and Level Pack add-ons, it will also include minifigures of Batman, Gandalf and Wyldstyle, along with the Batmobile.

LEGO Dimensions is scheduled to launch on September 27 in the United States and September 29 in the United Kingdom for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii U. Be sure to check out the trailer below.
