Saga Volume 5 hits comic book stores on September 15 and promises to be the most thrilling yet.

The fifth volume of the Eisner award-winning comic series Saga from Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples will hit comic book stores next week on September 15, it has been announced.

This series has quickly become one of my all-time favourites. The writing from Vaughan is absolutely stellar and is perfectly complemented by art by Staples. There’s very little else that compares to it on the market, as of the moment – that’s for sure. At times it is touching, at others it is truly bizarre but overall it’s an undeniably thrilling read from start to finish.

The latest volume collects issues #25-30 of Saga in paperback form. In which, multiple storylines collide, as Gwendolyn and Lying Cat risk everything to find a cure for The Will, and Marko makes an uneasy alliance with Prince Robot IV to find their missing children, who are trapped on a strange world with terrifying new enemies. What more could you ask for!

Saga Volume 5 from Image Comics is scheduled to launch on September 15, and will be available from all good comic book stores. Be sure to snag your copy! It’s going to be a wild ride.

Stay tuned to GizLine for future updates pertaining to the release of Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples’ on-going smash hit Saga comic series.
